Viennese Coffee Roll Recipe

Ingredients
4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup very strong coffee
2 oz Irish cream liqueur or cognac
1 cake roll coffee spongecake
2 cups whipped cream
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 cups mocha butter cream
1/4 cup cocoa
24 chocolate covered coffee beans
Directions
In a saucepan, dilute corn starch in coffee.
Heat until mixture thickens.
Fold in Irish cream liqueur.
Set aside.
Unroll cold cake.
Brush with coffee mixture, spreading evenly.
Cover with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Gently roll again.
With a spatula, spread mocha butter cream over cake.
Dust with cocoa.
Decorate each serving with 3 chocolate covered coffee beans.
