Ingredients
| California brandy - 1 jigger | ||
| Coffee - 1 cup, hot | ||
| Whipped cream - as needed | ||
| Semi-sweet chocolate shavings - as needed | ||

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, mix together brandy and coffee.
2. Add sugar to taste and stir well.
