Vienna Sausage Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium-size onion, chopped | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Split pea | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1 soup can of water | ||
| Vegetable | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Marjoram | 1 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1 Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft in a large saucepan.
2 Stir in pea soup and water; heat, stirring constantly, to boiling. Stir in vegetable soup, tomatoes, marjoram, salt and garlic powder. Heat to boiling again; simmer 10 minutes.
