No Cook Vichyssoise Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10 1/4 -ounce can frozen condensed cream of potato soup, thawed | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 10 1/2 Ounce, condensed | |
| 1 soup-can milk | ||
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | ||
Directions
Put first 3 ingredients in blender container; blend till smooth.
Add light cream; blend to combine.
Chill, covered, 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Snip chives over soup.
