Vichyssoise Recipe

Ingredients
4 leeks, finely chopped
3 cups diced raw potatoes
3 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cut chives
Directions
Mix together leeks, potatoes and water in 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover, cook in Radarange oven 15 minutes.
Stir in butter and crushed bouillon cubes.
Process in blender until very smooth.
Return to casserole, stir in cream, milk, and seasonings.
Cover, cook in oven 3 to 4 minutes.
Cover, cook in Radarange oven 15 minutes.
