Ingredients

 7g low fat margarine
 Leeks3 , sliced
 Onion1 , sliced
 Potatoes2 Large, chopped
 Chicken stock1 Liter, skimmed
 Skimmed milk125 Milliliter
 Snipped chives1 Tablespoon, garnish

Directions

Melt the margarine in a large saucepan over moderate heat.
Add the leeks, onion and potatoes and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Add stock, bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Place stock mixture and milk in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Chill and serve garnished with chives.
