Vichy Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
2 Cups (500 ml) carrots, sliced
2 tsp (10 ml) granulated sugar
2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
2 tsp (10 ml) chopped parsley
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground black pepper
Directions
– Place sliced carrots in a saucepan, cover with lightly salted water, add sugar, butter, parsley and pepper and bring to a boil. Cook "al dente," then drain, adjust seasoning and serve.
