Very Low Calorie Frozen Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
1 env. plain gelatin
2 tsp cold water
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup nonfat yogurt no sugar added (any flavor)
2 tsp aspartame
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
1 cup fresh or frozen berries or cut-up fruit (with no sugar added)
2 1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water; let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
Pour in the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Combine the yogurt, gelatin, aspartame, extracts, and fruit in a food processor or blender.
Mix until well combined.
Refrigerate.
