Vermouth Braised Pork Chops Recipe

| All-purpose flour | ||

| Melted butter or margarine | ||
| 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon dry vermouth, divided | ||

Directions
Trim fat from chops; salt lightly and coat well with flour.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Brown chops in butter over medium heat in large skillet.
Reduce heat to simmer; add 1/4 cup vermouth to chops.
Cover and continue cooking 30 minutes or until tender, bastin
