Ingredients
1 1/2 lb (750 g) zucchini
1/4 cup (62.5 ml) olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 lb (500 g) tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups (500 ml) water
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 lb (250 g) vermicelli, broken into pieces
salt and pepper
Directions
Slice the zucchini into 1/2 inch (one cm) pieces.
Saute the onion in the oil until golden brown.
