Vermicelli Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
| Vermicelli | 12 Ounce, uncooked | |
| 1 cup sweet butter, softened | ||
| 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream, at room temperature | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
Add butter, cream, cheese and parsley; toss until vermicelli is well coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
