 Vermicelli12 Ounce, uncooked
 1 cup sweet butter, softened
 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream, at room temperature
 Parmesan cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Snipped parsley2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
Add butter, cream, cheese and parsley; toss until vermicelli is well coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
