Venison Stew Recipe

Ingredients

| French dressing | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 carrots, pared and cut into 1 inch pieces | ||
| 1 large onion, coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 small green pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped | ||
| Celery stalks | 3 | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), mashed | |
| Quick-cooking tapioca | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole clove | 1 | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Marinate cubed venison in French dressing for 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
Drain off salad dressing and place venison in crock pot.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
