Easy Vension Stew Recipe Video
Tender venison in a thick hearty stew.
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Sea salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Apple cider vinegar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Tomato paste | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced | |
| Western style ribs | 5 Large | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sea salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
For BBQ Sauce, saute onion in pot until tender in a little olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine well, simmer uncovered until thick.
For Ribs, combine all ingredients in a pot of boiling water and boil for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Skim foam. After meat easily flakes apart, remove from water and baste with BBQ sauce. Grill 5 minutes or bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Serve.

Hey! I made this Venison Stew recipe and it came out well :)I served this stew over mashed potatoes, with a spinach salad on the side and it was a winner!

This looks ghastly! Nicely browned meat, done without crowding the pan as he does, would add flavor instead of the grey stuff he's showing you that needs Maggi to come up with any flavor. Sauteing the vegetables before dumping them all in a pot with only water would also help. As another poster commented - a terrible waste of good venison!

This Venison Stew looks delicious ! What can I substitute Maggi seasonings with if I don't find it in the market. Also could you please tell if this stew is best eaten as it is or as an accompaniment ?
