 Venison steak4 1/2 inch
 Salt To Taste
 MARINADE
 Whole cranberry sauce2 Tablespoon
 Port2 Tablespoon
 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
 Generous pinch cinnamon
 Pinch nutmeg
  black pepper1

Directions

The day before the barbecue, place venison in a glass or ceramic dish.
Mix together marinade ingredients and pour over the venison.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
Remove venison from marinade.
Barbecue steaks over hot coals for 4 to 6 minutes each side, basting often with marinade.
Season to taste.
