Venison Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Venison | 1/2 Pound | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard | ||
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs; add the tomato sauce, onion, crumbs, salt and pepper.
Add venison and mix well.
Press into an ungreased 9-in.x 5-in.x 3-in.loaf pan.
Combine the brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; pour over meat loaf.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 70 minutes
