Venison Liver Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. venison liver | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Whole wheat bread slice | 2 | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beef broth | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Force liver and onion through food chopper.
Add parsley, salt and pepper.
Crumble bread into mixture, then add egg and flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling broth, cover and cook 25 minutes.
