 1/2 lb. venison liver
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, minced
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Whole wheat bread slice2
 Egg1
 Flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Beef broth3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Force liver and onion through food chopper.
Add parsley, salt and pepper.
Crumble bread into mixture, then add egg and flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling broth, cover and cook 25 minutes.
