Venison Chili Recipe
Ingredients
| Venison | 1 Pound | |
| Ground sausage | 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red kidney beans | 1 Pound |
Directions
Fry ground venison and sausage until lightly browned.
Add onion.
Stir and brown.
Add remaining ingredients except beans.
Cover and cook slowly 1 hour.
Add beans and heat additional 10 minutes.
