 Venison1 Pound
 Ground sausage1/2 Pound
 Onion1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Cumin powder1 Teaspoon
 Chili powder2 Tablespoon
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Red kidney beans1 Pound

Directions

Fry ground venison and sausage until lightly browned.
Add onion.
Stir and brown.
Add remaining ingredients except beans.
Cover and cook slowly 1 hour.
Add beans and heat additional 10 minutes.
