MAKING
1 In a pan, add the butter.
2 Melt the butter slightly away from the heat to avoid burning.
3 Gradually add 1 cup of flour to the butter to create a rue.
4 Mix well till it forms a paste.
5 Finally pour in 3 cups of Chicken stock, stirring constantly and make sure to mix until lumps are gone.
