Shell Pasta And Veggies In Thai Yellow Curry Sauce Recipe Video

An Asian fusion concept that is loaded with vegetables and simmered in a mild yellow curry sauce. This is a great meal for everyone! Enjoy the health benefits of the fresh vegetable as well as the healthy herbs that are found in the yellow curry.

Ingredients

 
1 pound medium shell pasta
 
1 12oz pack of CurrySimple yellow curry sauce
 
1 red pepper
 
1 green pepper
 
1/2 cup diced onions
 
1 cup of sliced zucchini and squash
 
15 pieces of baby corn
 
20 pieces of asparagus

Directions

Start boiling your water to cook the pasta - when boiling, add pasta
Chop veggies into desirable sized pieces
Heat a stir-fry pan or wok to medium high heat
Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil
Stir-fry veggies for about 3 minutes
Add yellow curry sauce and bring to serving temperature - 2 minutes
Strain cooked pasta and place in large serving bowl
Top pasta with the yellow curry stir-fry
mix, serve and enjoy!
