Directions

1. Medium heat a large saucepan.
2. Add olive oil to the pan.
3. Add ginger, garlic, onion, carrot, mushrooms, celery, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bok choy and soy sauce.
4. Add sugar, five spice powder, and vegetable broth.
5. Stir them, cover the pan.
6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Serve on a plate.
