Veggie Platter with Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), creamed | |
| 1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 6 cups raw vegetable sticks or chunks | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In blender or food processor, beat together cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth; spoon into bowl.
Stir in parsley, green onion, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place in center of large platter; surround with raw vegetables.
