Veggie Pate Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sunflower oil
2/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove, minced
2 onions, minced
1 carrot, minced
1 celery stalk, minced
1 raw potato, peeled, grated
1/4 cup Tamari sauce
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °C (175 °C).
In a large bowl, mix ingredients.
Pour into a 4 x 8 inch (10 x 20.5 cm) loaf pan.
Bake in oven 45-60 minutes.
Let stand to cool.
Unmold.
Slice.
Wrap in aluminum foil.
Reheat in oven.
