Kid's Veggie Pancake Recipe Video
Ingredients
| Carrots | 1⁄2 Large, grated | |
| Zucchini | 1⁄2 Large, grated | |
| Eggs | 1 Large | |
| Milk | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil/Canola oil spray | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine all the grated vegetables.
2. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk. Pour it over grated vegetables.
3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Sprinkle it over egg vegetables mixture.
4. In a saute pan, heat oil and cook the vegetables mixture until golden brown.
SERVING
5. Serve with red sauce.
