Lamb Moussaka is more traditional. We use potatoes, zucchini and eggplant. The bechamel makes the dish! Honestly Bulgarians like the Greeks and Serbs are serious meat eaters.

I read a lot about beef moussaka, but this is something new to me. Because of beef, I couldn't try this recipe...but, now I am gonna try this sometime and will let you know how it comes out. Thanks :))
