Veggie Burger Recipe

My friend’s daughter Yenene likes this Veggi Burger recipe. Though she is 15 years old, but she has mastered the cooking technique of this dish. 4 c. rolled oats
 
3 c. grated carrots
 
1 c. diced string beans
 
1 c. cabbage, diced
 
1 c. broccoli, diced
 
1 c. mushrooms, diced
 
1 c. onions, diced
 
1/2 c. water
 
1/2 c. tamari
 
2 clove garlic, diced
 
2 tbsp. flour
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Oil
 
Cheese

Directions

Step1-Mix all the ingredients together, shape into patties.
Step2- Heat some oil in a skillet, brown patties on both sides.
Step3-Place in a baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
Step4-Top with a slice of Cheddar cheese 5 minutes before done.
Step5-Great with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and the works.
