Directions
Heat the oil in a 5 quart kettle over medium heat; cook the bell peppers and onion until tender, stirring frequently.
Add the zucchini, yellow squash, chili powder, sugar and salt; cook for 1 minute.
Add the next 4 ingredients; do not drain the canned vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
