Vegetarian Chicken Recipe

What a yummy looking recipe for Vegetarian Chicken? This recipe will save you dollars which you have spent at Chinese restaurants for similar or perhaps inferior taste. I just love Main Dish recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. I thought of Simply yummy, what are the words that come to your mind instantly on tasting this Vegetarian Chicken recipe?

Ingredients

 
12 pieces soya bean milk skins
 
2/3 tsp. gourmet powder
 
1 tsp. salt
 
4 tbsps. cooking wine
 
6 tbsps. sesame oil
 
1/2 cup water

Directions

In a bowl mix cooking wine, salt, gourmet powder and make a seasoning sauce.
Soak bean milk skins thoroughly in this sauce.
Remove and spread out on a work board.
Cut off uneven ends.
Make into a rectangular piece.
Sprinkle sesame oil.
Arrange them one overlapping another and roll them into a cylinder.
Press it into a flat roll of about 1 1/2 inches wide.
Grease the inside of a deep dish with oil and arrange the roll in it.
Cover it with another dish, a size smaller.
Steam over boiling water for 20 minutes.
Remove and cool, brush with sesame oil to prevent drying.
Leave it in the same plate.
Cut into pieces as required.
