Vegetarian Stock Recipe
Eating just one is not possible for any one is my claim for this recipe of Vegetarian Stock. Vegetable is the main ingredient in this Vegetarian Stock. You will be tempted to prepare this Vegetarian Stock recipe again.

10-12 cups potato peels
12 cups water
14 cloves garlic, sliced
2 medium-size onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
3 sprigs parsley
1 bay leaf
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a large stockpot.
Bring to a boil.
Remove any foam that may come to the top.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Strain the stock, cool, cover, and refrigerate or freeze.
