Vegetarian Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
| Spaghetti sauce | 2 Quart | |
| Lasagna noodles | 1 pound | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1 Ounce | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Cinnamon - just a dash | ||
| Nutmeg - just a dash | ||
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan Cheese - 2 cups for the last topping | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a pot of boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles
2) Into a large bowl, combine the ricotta, cheese, eggs, cinnamon nutmeg, parsley and mix really
3) Into another bowl, shred the mozzarella and keep aside
4) Into a large baking dish, first layer the base with some pasta sauce, then layer in the noodles, then the ricotta cheese mixture
5) Repeat the layers till the noodles is on top
6) For the last layer, sprinkle in the Parmesan Cheese
7) Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 F
8) Allow to cool for 15 minutes once baked, before serving
