 Choice of beans - 1 pound, drained
 Green bell pepper1 To taste
 Jalapeno pepper, 1, de-seeded and chopped
 Italian tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Bay leaf1
 Dried oregano1 Tablespoon
 Salt - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
 Pepper - 1/4 teaspon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot.
