Vegetarian Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Soybeans - 2 cups, cooked and mashed | ||
| Brown rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Green chili peppers - ¼ cup, chopped (optional) | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350°.
MAKING
2. In a bowl mix all ingredients and form into 6 patties.
3. Bake in the preheated oven about 45 minutes until brown.
SERVING
4. Serve with favorite hamburger condiments.
