 Brown rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Eggs2 Small, beaten
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Green chili peppers - ¼ cup, chopped (optional)

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350°.

MAKING
2. In a bowl mix all ingredients and form into 6 patties.
3. Bake in the preheated oven about 45 minutes until brown.
