Vegan Burger Recipe

This vegetarian burger recipe (Also vegan) is one of the simplest and healthiest vegetarian recipes for burgers. Ingredients

 Millet1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Beets2
 Mint2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sea salt1 To taste
 Sesame oil1 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Rinse the millet with water, drain, add 2 parts water for every 1 part millet.
3. Add a bit of sea salt in the water and bring it to a boil for a couple of minutes.
4. Then, turn down to low and simmer for 20 minute until dry and fluffy; do not stir the millet while cooking.
5. In a large bowl, mix the millet and grated beet together.
6. Add the mint and salt, and stir to combine.
7. Stir in the sesame oil with your hands.
8. Shape the mixture into patties.
9. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, arrange the patties and bake for 20-25 minutes.
10. Serve hot.
