Vegetarian Baked Egg And Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 slices white or brown bread | ||
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Softened butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup spicy Indian cheese sauce | ||
Directions
1. Follow stage 1 and 2 as given. At stage 3, use only V, of the sauce. Cut small rounds out of each slice of bread with a round biscuit cutter or a katori.
2. Combine in a bowl, mashed potatoes, seasoning, onion and butter.
3. Divide the mixtures into 8 portions and pile up on each round of'bread. Cover with remaining sauce and follow the recipe from stage 4 to 5 as instructed. Serve hot.
