Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
4 cups diagonally sliced celery
1 green sweet pepper, sliced
1 red sweet pepper, sliced
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 cups cubed cooked pork
1 1/4 cups beef bouillon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions
Melt butter in wok or skillet.
Add celery; stir-fry 5 minutes.
Stir in peppers, mushrooms, and onions; stir-fry 5 minutes.
Stir in pork and bouillon; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Blend cornstarch with soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper; stir into pork mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, just until heated through and thickened.
Add celery; stir-fry 5 minutes.
