Ingredients

 Blue cheese6 Ounce
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 Caviar2 Tablespoon
 1 head broccoli, flowerets blanched
 2 carrots, pared, cut in sticks, and blanched if desired

 1 zucchini, peeled and in sticks
 1 apple, cored and in wedges
 1 celery stalk, in sticks
 Green pepper1 , sliced
  leaves4
 Boston lettuce
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place cheese and Worcestershire sauce in food processor; blend until pureed.
Add sour cream and paprika; continue blending until very smooth.
Use spatula several times to clean sides of bowl.
Add caviar and blend another 30 seconds.
Season with some salt and plenty of pepper.
Arrange lettuce leaves in middle of large serving platter.
Spoon cheese dip over leaves and surround with vegetable and apple sticks.
