Vegetables And Baked Schnitzels In White Wine Recipe
Ingredients

| 6 vegetable schnitzels or vegetable burgers | ||
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Celery stick | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 1 cup vegetable stock or water | ||
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the schnitzels on both sides (about 5 minutes in total).
Mix the prepared vegetables in an oven-to-table casserole dish, and place the browned schnitzels on top.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the schnitzels and pour the vegetable stock and white wine over them.
Bake the casserole, uncovered, until most of the liquid has evaporated (about 45-60 minutes).
Check it from time to time and baste the schnitzels with the liquid.
