Ingredients

 Egg1 (FOR BATTER:)
 Cold water1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (FOR BATTER:)
 Flour1 Cup (16 tbs) (FOR BATTER:)
 Oil for deep frying

Directions

Mix the batter ingredients well together until smooth.
Heat oil in a wok or karai.
Dip 1 piece of vegetable in the batter and deep fry a few at a time.
Give each person a small bowl with tentsuyu sauce and let each one dip the tempura in their sauce and eat it whilst it is hot.
