Vegetable Tempura Recipe
Vegetable Tempura has a Blistering taste.The Eggs and Flour gives the Vegetable Tempura Wonderful taste.
Ingredients
FOR BATTER:
1 egg
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup flour
Oil for deep frying
Directions
Mix the batter ingredients well together until smooth.
Heat oil in a wok or karai.
Dip 1 piece of vegetable in the batter and deep fry a few at a time.
Give each person a small bowl with tentsuyu sauce and let each one dip the tempura in their sauce and eat it whilst it is hot.
