Ingredients

 1/4 cup water, chicken broth, vegetable broth, or wine
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
 2 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, and diced
 Lima beans2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
 Corn kernels2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Chopped2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat water in a large, heavy pot over medium heat.
Add onion.
Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add more liquid if necessary during this process.
Add green pepper.
Cook and stir for 5 more minutes, adding liquid if necessary.
Add the potatoes, lima beans, corn, tomatoes, paprika, and black pepper.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
