Vegetable-Stuffed Lettuce Recipe
Ingredients
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 c. lettuce, torn in small pieces | ||
| Shredded cabbage | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pickles | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato | 1 , diced | |
| Apple | 1 , minced | |
| Carrot | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Salad dressing) | |
| Salt | To Taste (Salad dressing) | |
Directions
Remove loose outer lettuce leaves; remove core and heart.
Cream cheese with vegetables and seasonings; pack tightly in lettuce cavity.
Wrap in foil; chill until ready to serve.
Cut head into quarters; serve with French dressing.
