 1 c. lettuce, torn in small pieces
 Shredded cabbage1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

 Tomato1 , diced
 Apple1 , minced
 Carrot1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Sugar1 Tablespoon (Salad dressing)
 Salt To Taste (Salad dressing)

Directions

Remove loose outer lettuce leaves; remove core and heart.
Cream cheese with vegetables and seasonings; pack tightly in lettuce cavity.
Wrap in foil; chill until ready to serve.
Cut head into quarters; serve with French dressing.
