Vegetable Soybean Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup celery and tops, chopped | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Stock | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nutritional yeast | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon Essence of Sweet Herbs | ||
| Soy flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soybeans | 3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except soybeans.
Turn half of mixture into oiled casserole.
Place soybeans on top.
Spread with remaining half of mixture.
Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
