Ingredients

 1 cup celery and tops, chopped
 Onion1 , chopped
 Green pepper1 , chopped
 Stewed tomatoes1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Wheat germ1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Stock1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Nutritional yeast3 Tablespoon
 Oil3 Tablespoon
 1 teaspoon Essence of Sweet Herbs
 Soy flour3 Tablespoon
 Soybeans3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked

Directions

Combine all ingredients except soybeans.
Turn half of mixture into oiled casserole.
Place soybeans on top.
Spread with remaining half of mixture.
Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
