Vegetable Soup (For Special Diets) Recipe
A wonderful and flavorful soup for special low to no protein diets.


Ingredients
| V8 juice | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Rice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Peas | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Green beans | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Cabbage | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Carrot | 1 , sliced | |
| Onions | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced | |
| Beef bouillion | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Yams | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
in a large saucepan add V8 juice
bring to a simmer add the beef bouillion and stir until dissolved
once dissolved add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil (If needed add more V8 juice to cover veggies)
simmer over medium low heat for about 20 minutes or until carrots and yams are soft enough to run a fork through them. add salt/pepper to taste
