Directions
Microwave Directions: Mix all ingredients except Vegetable Sauce.
Spread beef mixture evenly in microwavable loaf dish, 9x5x3 inches.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 12 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until center is no longer pink, 13 to 16 minutes longer.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Prepare Vegetable Sauce; serve with meat loaf.
