Ingredients

 
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
 
1/2 cup cottage cheese
 
1/2 cucumber, cut into 4 pieces
 
8 radishes
 
1 scallion, cut into 1 inch pieces
 
Salt or seasoned salt to taste
 
Fresh herbs to taste: dill, parsley tarragon, basil, etc.

Directions

Place all ingredients in processor bowl and process with metal blade until vegetables are finely chopped.
Serve with vegetable salads.
