 Watercress1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
 Lettuce heads2
 Cooked peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raw cauliflowerets1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked beans1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lettuce3 Cup (48 tbs)
 Thin cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggless mayonnaise supreme1

Directions

Tear watercress and lettuce into small pieces and place in three separate sections on a platter alternating with peas, cauliflower and kidney beans in the lettuce cups.
Serve with a bowl of cheese and a bowl of the Garlic Mayonnaise Supreme.
Here is the recipe for this mayonnaise: 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 tblspn, grated onion 4 tblspn, lemon juice 1 tblspn, malt vinegar 1/2 cup catsup dash of Tabasco sauce dash of paprika dash of fresh pepper 1/2 cup salad oil Mix well in a jar.
