Vegetable pakoras Recipe
Vegetable pakoras is Mixed veggie fried balls can be used as Tiffin or as a side dish.

Ingredients
| Bengal gram | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rice flour | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Baking soda | 1 Pinch | |
| Onion | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Ginger paste | 1⁄2 Inch | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 | |
| Green chili | 5 | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Pinch | |
| Finely chopped cilantro | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Frying cooking oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying) | |
| Grated potato | 1 | |
| Cauliflower florets | 3 | |
| Chopped cabbage | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Bell pepper | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required) |
Directions
1. Sieve finely Bengal Gram (basan). Add rice flour.
2. Make a paste of ginger, onion (1/2) green chili and turmeric powder. Add to the besan and flour.
3. Add all other ingredients including vegetables. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in frying pan. Prepare medium sized pakoras (balls) and fry them till it turns light brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
