vegetable pakoda Recipe
Indian snacks served as snacks,during rainy season gives better taste and served with mint and tamarind chutney

Ingredients
1 cup Chickpea Flour(besan)
1 Potato medium thin chopped
1 small Cauliflower grated
1/2 bunch Spinach chopped or minced in blander
1 1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 -2no Chopped Green Chillies (Jalapeno)
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon corrineder powder
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
take bowl and put all the vegetable.
add besan,salt,spices and mix again with vegetable.
Let batter rest 1/2 hour in a warm place
make spoon size ball and flatten it,1/4'thick and
Deep fry in oil that is heated to 375°.
Drain pakoda on paper towels to extract extra oil and serve hot.

I have noticed one thing... that if you add 'suji' to the batter..it becomes a lot more crispy.. I really like it that way..! such a difference 1 ingredient can make!
