vegetable pakoda Recipe
Indian snacks served as snacks,during rainy season gives better taste and served with mint and tamarind chutney

Ingredients
| Chickpea flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 Potato medium thin chopped | ||
| Cauliflower | 1 Small, grated | |
| 1/2 bunch Spinach chopped or minced in blander | ||
| Onion | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Jalapeno | 1 , chopped | |
| 1 tea spoon cumin seeds | ||
| 1 tea spoon corrineder powder | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
take bowl and put all the vegetable.
add besan,salt,spices and mix again with vegetable.
Let batter rest 1/2 hour in a warm place
make spoon size ball and flatten it,1/4'thick and
Deep fry in oil that is heated to 375°.
Drain pakoda on paper towels to extract extra oil and serve hot.
you can Serve vegetable pakora with mint chutney and tamarind chutney, or ketchup

I have noticed one thing... that if you add 'suji' to the batter..it becomes a lot more crispy.. I really like it that way..! such a difference 1 ingredient can make!
