Vegetable Medley Recipe
Vegetable medley is a quick and easy vegetable recipe that can be served as a side in a meal. Cooked with chop suey vegetables with green peas, the vegetable medley is flavored with a little butter and soy sauce.
Ingredients
1 can (16 ounces) chop suey vegetables
1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Drain chop suey vegetables; rinse with running cold water and drain.
Cook peas as directed on package except when peas and water are boiling, stir in chop suey vegetables.
Reduce heat; cover tightly and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain; stir in butter and soy sauce.
