Kulambu milagai powder is a combination of mostly chilli powder and corrainder powder and some other things like chana dal, urad dal, rice, jeera, hingh etc.. all in powder form. If you do not have this powder you can also use 3/4 tbsp chilli powder and 3 tbsp corrainder powder as an alternative. You can also check for my blogs for the kulambu milagai powder preparation.
