Vegetable-Filled Patties Recipe
Vegetable filled patties is a microwaved dish made with hamburger meat and veggies. The patties are made with meat breadcrumbs and eggs and filled with green onions and beans. Flavored with mushroom soup and worcestershire sauce, the vegetable filled patties are filling and meaty.

| Dry bread crumbs | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Fried onions | 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
| French Beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup of the soup.
Shape into 6 oval patties.
Place in oblong baking dish, 12 x 71/2 x 2 inches.
Depress center of each patty, forming a 1/2 inch rim around edge.
Reserve a few French fried onions for garnish.
Mix remaining onions with beans, Worces tershire sauce and remaining soup; spoon into center of each patty.
Cover loosely and microwave 6 minutes; turn dish one half turn.
Microwave until meat is done, 6 to 8 minutes.
Garnish with reserved onions.
