Vegetable Deviled Ham Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 10 ounce package frozen corn
1 10 ounce package frozen baby Limas
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 4 1/2 ounce can deviled ham
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3 ounce can broiled sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs, combined with 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions.
Drain.
Mix vegetables with next 5 ingredients.
Turn into 10x6x1 1/2 inch baking dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
